Redeem a gift card by first logging in, or signing up for, your Mighty Monsters account.
Then, open the Account menu and choose 'Account Balance'. Here, enter your 16 digit code as it appears on your email or voucher and click redeem! It's that easy, and now you have credit available to use at checkout.
Account credit can be used for purchases made on our website (mightymonsterssoftplay.co.uk). It cannot be redeemed whilst at our venue.
No, once credit is applied to your account you cannot withdraw it later.
No - our gift cards are digital and will be sent to an email address you provide, or to yourself so you can send it on however you'd like.
